WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A FULL TIME STORE MANAGER:

This position serves the mission of the business by keeping the company organized in its day-to-day operations and assisting the owner. This person must be extremely detail oriented, have effective time management skills, and be able to problem solve.  Excellent position for anyone interested in learning the inner workings of running a small business.

Essential Functions:

Sales Responsibilities
-Strategize and train staff to achieve daily sales goals 

Customer Service Responsibilities :  
-Be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service support for in store as well as website.  Must ensure a timely flow of customer contact, and serve as the point person for direct customer feedback within the organization.  
-Act as a professional and courteous point of contact to facilitate special orders, repair requests, etc.
-Liaison between TPE, the customer and Wynd, for any web damages that occur during shipping
-Keep an extremely detailed oriented list of all customer service issues / web damages that are ocurring within Trello

Day-to-day Operating Responsibilities:
-Flawless management of purchase order entry
-Placing re-orders and management of purchase order entry for these
-Managing any damages , or not properly fulfilled purchase orders, and be the liaison between the store and vendor
-Make sure that the store has all supplies needed
-Oversee inventory management, and make sure staff is keeping a tidy backstock
-Insure that the the store is always kept clean and tidy

Management Responsibilities:
-Creating and overseeing the schedule
-Updating the EOD checklist at the end of the month for the following month
-Be the point of contact for all sales staff members and any questions /issues that may arise
-Making sure all daily tasks are completed and holding staff accountable  
-Training new sales staff members

Trade Responsibilities:
-Assist owner in sending out sales orders and any requests from our Trade clients
-Assist owner in researching new trade accounts
-Assist owner in keeping client management system in order for Trade Accounts

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
-Be the point person for Social Media Coordinator for when new merchandise arrives
-Upload new web images and copy
-Plug in content for weekly email Newsletters

Requirements:

Must be extremely detail oriented and organized. College diploma, past retail and customer service experience required, passion for home goods also a plus
