Return/Refund Policy

We hope you will always be completely satisfied with your order, however if you are not, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. At this time we do not offer refunds.

The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number which must be included on or in your return package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. All sale items and special orders are final sale.

The Primary Essentials utilizes UPS for all U.S. Shipping, handled via our partnership with Wynd.

UPS Ground: Free for orders over $150. For all orders under $150, a shipping charge of $14 will be applied at checkout. For ground service customers receive their orders 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

UPS 2nd Day: $35

Orders with express delivery will ship same day if placed by 2pm EST on regular business days, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 2pm EST on regular business days, weekends or holidays will be shipped the following business day.

We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery.

Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages


All orders shipped outside of the U.S. are shipped UPS Worldwide, via our partnership with Wynd, who provide customs clearance and door-to-door delivery service within 4-7 business days for a shipping charge of $50 for orders under $5,000.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
