Ceramic grater made by Motoshige in Japan. The ceramic base is made from traditional Iwami Clay that is not only excellent in durability, it gives you the ease of cleaning while stains and smells do not stick. 

Perfect not only for seasonings like: wasabi, radish and ginger, but can also be used for grating garlic, apples, onions, and cheese.
